let's not forget, the demerger was only possible by SP1 initiating legal action against ASX, creating an environment where ASX couldn't challenge the demerger.
Helps also that ASIC reviewed the prospectus and actively required some changes, as that just confirms active consent by the regulator, as opposed to a passive wave through
The ATO then had a crack at stopping the demerger...LOL...after it had happened!
I think we can all be pleased that against the odds, JK and his team beat the ASX, ASIC and the ATO to save the company, and preserve shareholder value for future.
Whats embarrassing for the ASX is, that, they try to portray ISX as a 'scam' that they expected would fizzle (especially under the incredibly pressure brought forth by the AFR articles), yet here it is still thriving.
