ASIC case has some wins and losses for each side, but is irrelevant going forward.
ISXFEU to remain unlisted for some time until it needs to raise capital. Based on its current numbers, it makes money and doesn't need to tap the market. If it continues that success then I forecast it will IPO somewhere. Maybe accompanied by a vendor selldown, but if it remains profitable, there would be no need and the current owners could retain significant, if not controlling interest (a super voting class of stock could ensure control was maintained). Existing minority holders can take comfort in the company being profitable, but just have to wait for listing or a better offer if they want liquidity in the meantime. What is the valuation? Idk... greater than zero is about as precise as i can go.
