ISX have no option but to put up the $, otherwise it’s goodnight Irene I’d suggest. I think ASX is just waiting for a blink of the eye. I don’t think ASX is in any hurry, why would they be?
I agree with you that ISX would be much better off with this litigation behind them so they can just focus on growing the business but it’s very hard to stop the litigation train once it’s left the station.
