The SP1/ISX v ASX case is finished. Each party is to bear their own costs of the (approaching) three year proceedings. A colossal waste of time, money, and Court resources.
If those that hold the reins and the purse strings for SP1/ISX (directly and vicariously) have arrived at a decision that it is not worth pursuing for whatever reason, then it is extremely unlikely that any litigation funder or legal firm will touch any proposed action against the ASX.
ASIC v ISX & Anor (Karantzis) is scheduled to commence late Feb 2023.
