Well let's hope for the sake of ISXFEU holders that decision makers at first tier foreign exchanges have short memories or that the ASIC case is extraordinarily weak so that ISXFEU can actually list and that holders have some chance of getting their money back.
The sad news is that because they were conned into approving the demerger, they can't actually claim a tax loss yet.
They can only hold on the the hope that a once-$1B market cap company that is earning approximately $2M a year is somehow going to be worth $1B again sometime in the future, at a 500 PE multiple.
