    I am well aware that a class action is impossible now, that is why I said ISX had to continue with case against ASX and win for us shareholdrers to mount a class action. What a sh!t show. Now that glimmer of hope has finally faded, so too has my faith in JK.
    Sorry to all the other mum and dad shareholders that have been denied access to their money over the last 3 years. Even if ISX/EU can be successful how long will it be before those shares are worth $10 plus?
