And this litigation is questionable in it’s merits and if you listen to Advent1969 it may well be dropped in the best interest of the Company.

That souvlaki of litigation includes, ISX v ASX, ASIX v Karantzis and ISX, ATO v Karantzis, Lakspur/ Edmonds v Karantzis. ASIC v Grant Thornton, and Juicyfields.
