Respectfully I disagree MM.

The idea that QVT are sitting and waiting to pick up the company as the primary secured creditor in a couple of years or whenever the company cant raise any more capital makes no sense to me. By that time the residual value of the IP could be mimimal.

Depending on your perspective, TZ is either a technology play or trying to capture market share in a rapidly evolving service market. Neither of these lend themelves to a "lets sit and be patient" strategy.

I dont doubt that they are seriously unhappy with progress but I would suggest they just want to get as much cash back with the minimum outlay. I cant see them looking to throw good money after bad.
