Kosmos have announced another major gas discovery
with the Orca-1 exploration well offshore Mauritania in the BirAllah area.
Kosmos estimate up to 50 Tcf within the Orca-1 and Marsouin -1 discovery. There is also an untested Albian zone within this play.
Kosmos state there are more than sufficient resources to support a world class LNG project.
