I would also imagine Suzhou have some need for graphite hence their possible upcoming contribution.
A little background research i done found they are BIG in the cement industry - there has been talks of higher grade steel being needed for infrastructure. Graphite in cement makes for a 15-20% increase in strength - as reviewd by Talgaresources.
There are blueskies in the distance but we must get moving else those blue skies will forver be in the distance.
