As many here are retail it is hard to understand how that simple signature is what legally secures the tenement.
Talking back sometime ago it was revealed as the main key to large investors of old money and the specific requirement for any financial Lending, that activity report shows we are on track and ticking the boxes for anyone that agrees to lend on what looks like a favourable risk for any lender or banking organisation.They will allow a draw down type of loan with each stage of development and cash flow balance which allows small coys like LOM to achieve big steps,slower than normal but actually as an investor you get a ring side seat to each devolpment stage as it is documented and allows you to view the risk more closely.There is a lot of travelling to London so lets hope something big comes from it as i am sure many are watching theses crucial stages of both diplomacy and proper business order.
Good luck all and best to simply pull a seat up now and watch as second guessing this stage is simply to complex.We have partners and slow govt bodies that impact expected news so be patient and invest in the future not just today or next week.
