Sorry Daz, but I don't think you comprehend how financial institutions manage risk.
No tier one/two banking organisation would consider a diamond mine in Angola as suitable in terms of risk.
That said, the risk for larger investors will be mitigated to a degree should Lucapa secure a majority stake in both JV's - something I have been fairly consistent on and it's good to see you and others coming around to that fact.
