Thanks Repo, we're pretty much agreed on that.
Just a final comment from me on the subject: It's true that that was the way of doing things back then, and now, having realised that Angola needs to move to attract foreign investment, they have changed the rules.
They might say that they've attracted LOM already so no need to change, but we could argue that further foreign investment is needed into Lom, which won't be forthcoming under our current arrangement.
So who knows, but certainly nothing is certain!
