100% agree with you 1sharetrader1, on your view,and i mite add on a bit of humour, if any country needs any classess on charging taxes australian goverment is the best teacher in that area,they have a gift in making our tax system so complicatated so they can get away with charging high taxes and many sophisticated ways of making it look like tax cuts will be come(usually by oppositions when elections due)but while it looke like we get a tax cut in one area,we pay 3 times more in another area.On a serious note like you and others,i to believe Angola know that the only way to attract big investsments,and for the country to move forward in right way,is by cleaning up the many problems of the past,and this process does not happen overnite,but they have done well and continue to advanvce well,yes bit slow but better slow than no progress.As always best wishes and gltah.
