I think the FDA approval is scheduled for April next year. They have to run a couple of trials in the USA. A trial costs $75k which includes the cost of an iphone and a nurse. The FDA application will go through a new section and it will be fast and cost approx. $250k.

So, with $4 mil in the bank there is no need for extra funds. So, no raising required up to FDA approval and maybe no other depending on what sort of deals they do with the US telemedicine providers.
