I am reposting this question as a separate post so distance it from the other arguments...which I have to say on the whole although they are entertaining I regard as silly . MO.
I think this is a valid question and would be really intrested to hear genuine views from holders and non-holders.
I have to say I have no opinion about the court case..I am a long term holder of MMX.
What interests me (alluded to in a comment I made yesterday) and it genuinely does, so only sensible answers please, is this.
If CHM won some money, what would it become..it seems to have no interests in mining/exploration at the moment.
So beyond the short term arguments, do people think this company has a serious future and what do they think it might look like if they do???
