Maybe people say three to five cents by Christmas because they actually look at what this company has and maybe just maybe expect some announcements..
If you read presentations you might see they are looking to sell or JV guado and they have an MOU with a late copper producer that looks like it might be going to a JV. The language used in the presentation suggests they were excited about something.
Maybe that's just me and I like to know what I have invested me though...
