I know 7mil is not a lot for colonial, but sometimes they need to tell fund investors that they sold out of Centro. I am sure this action has nothing to do with sept30 extension or CBA's lending arm. With dow likely to stabilize in near term, we should see some stability & confidence in LPT & financial sector. All we need is some indication from US that housing is improving. I am pretty sure Centro will survive. Let's see what terms are negotiated for debt equity swap.
