What's with this tender process garbage... we are not dealing with a government dept.

I would prefer Frank's company gets all the work. It's his IP after all and therefore it stays within the confines of the company.

I've worked in a manufacturing start up company before and the less people that see manufacturing plant and equipment the better. One photo, one drawing, one hint of an idea about the size, shape or make up of a working component can quickly be passed on to other interested parties and re-engineered.

No doubt the Chinese and others are already working on this but as someone else said, we are first, we have it working and we'll be first into the US with a fully enclosed loop process.

Bring it on I say.
