All fair points - time will tell how this plays out and how much Sky may benefit long term.
I would be surprised if the various sporting bodies did not stick with sky on reasonable renewal terms in the future though. Sky have literally stuck by these guys through thick and thin.
I choose to believe that means something more than merely chasing the highest dollar you can find in the short term.
