I read the sustainability report and they do know they are not in a growth market; but hope (plan) for the coal to slowly decline and be replaced by iron ore and other bulk. It made sense when I read. I will guess they will simply pay a 5-7% dividend without much downside risk for the long term.
For what it is worth, a ring around of analysts say this. Maybe the 30 cent yearly dividend will accompany a 30 cent yearly share price fall. That would not be so good!
