It seems irrelevant to unappreciative, grumpy old sod 'Mr Market', but tonight March 2022 Chicago futures for thermal coal have risen US$11.60 to US$199 while the only other traded thus far, February 2022, is up US$8.65 to US$214.75.
Decent prices, one would have to say.
