    I suppose that BUD will use the LIFX sale funds to pay out the remaining fees/liabilities - do you think there is an outcome where BUD owns a smaller fraction of the LIFX brand or pays the remainder out to investors? Essentially asking what happens to this stock once LIFX is sold?
