The idea the BOD are trying to take LIFX on the cheap beggars belief. DM and RB screwed up in the US and went broke. Came to ASX with nothing but hot air and continued to use shareholder’s capital and as much debt as they could get to line their own pockets. Where did the accumulated losses get to, approaching $200m?
Now they are trying to screw everyone left holding the can and Phoenix the company. You can bet (at very short odds) they won’t be using much of their own money and already have their next prey lined up.
