As a shareholder of BUD, you would not want LIFX sold off to another party. Then BUD would be left with nothing. The only positive outcome for shareholders is if someone refinances BUD, the holding company.

Yeah, you're correct at this point, we'd be screwed. I had thought that say, a year ago, Amazon might have been interested. Too late now I guess
