"I'm slightly ruffled by Bevan Slattery's and the CFO's depature, and chairman change. Understand that Bevan may not have sold down his interest but wouldn't there be something sus with a major shareholder to relinquish his board seat?"

I've always considered Bevan to be crucial to the start up stage, selling initial investors on the opportunities in the DC sector of the industry. Now that the company is up and running (a few centres operating and the last few to come online shortly) I think Bevan's skills are less likely.

What we need now is someone who is going to ensure that the sales team is out there closing deals and planning for the next set of DCs to build.

To me, it makes perfect sense that Bevan is exiting the day to day running of the business. He's done his job of raising the initial capital, got the company start and handed it off to a management team that should be capable of running it. I know he's got one or two new ventures he's working on, so the fact that he's keeping his shareholding, rather than taking a profit, is an encouraging sign to me.
