Wow, the one piece of relevant information to NXT you are involved in and unfortunately you are not fully informed. Missed opportunity for all of us.
Couple of things not mentioned...
Cloud does not equal data holdings off shore. You might like to check government legislative intentions and judicary views on that.
Canberra data cente (previous ATO facility) already meets Commonwealth standards, NXT being one of the few DC operators that can meet fed requirements.
DCs popping up all over Sydney does not equal nationally linked network with volume capacity. Nor is there any information offered on their energy supply and use.
NXT rapidly making progress in the DC market is likely to ruffle a few feathers and create all sorts of nonsense deflections as to why they won't be successful, especially from those already in the industry.
