Firstly, you aren't really that involved in the Aust Post relocation are you, Aust Post are a customer of NXT so not sure what you're carrying on about there.
Fujitsu offer a different package than NXT and some of their customers actually use Fujitsu to source other DCs for them, including NXT, effectively making them (begrudgingly) a customer.
Some of the DCs you talk about actually only currently offer a DC in Sydney.
The only real like for like competitor of NXT is Equinix, which you can't spell.
I'm not saying put the house on this but not sure why you've turned up trying to sound informed when you're not.
