    Apparently there was the strong impression that the options can provide a great way to fund all future works and expansion.

    Also, they haven't taken on any debt, so once cash-flow generating debt will be easy to source.

    So.... based on those two points alone I'd wait for the 3B, then use those numbers to plug into your model/comparison.
