Certainly there is great danger in any one unified currency in the control of a single authority
There has been throughout history a variety of objects which can be used as money depending on the scarcity and conditions at a given time, in other words money has always been flexible and has always been available to the general public
So a unified money that is only dispensed due to a social passport is a major loss of freedoms for the people
