You are probably right, I am not that close to this one but noticed early in the piece it was governance light on listing. Even with a 30-35% draw down on the share price due to that dilution it has come off some way further. If the business has the right structure, the right management team and a good addressable market for its product at good margins then it should recover over time, but until it has a full financial cycle of one year it will have to continue to rely on market sentiment.
