Assuming GEM did actually shift it forward: no official announcement has been disclosed, just someone on the HC forums who said they heard CJ say in a presentation that GEM was bringing it forward to November. If you trust this, then Hardrock25 mentioned November 7.
Note: I don't think Hardrock25 was the person who was at that presentation who heard this. Forgot who it was, and don't want to point the finger.
