We heard about the router and how it could open the possibility of shaving blocks to compensate for slab imperfections, there is a possibility to 3d scan a slab:

some background info about the video above:

"This video shows the interior and exterior of a house that was documented with the 3D scanner. It took approximately six hours on site to document the 10 interior rooms, exterior, pool, pool cabana, and yard/road access.

The floor slab data was isolated (as illustrated in the video) and evaluated for elevation differences within the top of the slab. A 1/16th inch color gradient was applied to give a full color spectrum for all elevation changes within a +/- 3/4" tolerance.

The end result was a demonstrative that was created with about five hours of post-processing time. This demonstrative (shown at the end of the video) was used in meditation to show that the allegations of foundation settlement/soil subsidence was not only unsubstantiated, but in direct conflict with the data captured by the scanner (with millimeter accuracy).

It should be noted that "time-lapses" showing differential movement could have also been shown (if any were to have existed) by rescanning the same slab and comparing the data between the two scans. "

This was possible 11 year's ago

now leica 3d scanners are also used to measure slab flatness:

here is some info from the american concrete institute

Basically fbr could make a rapid 3d scan of a slab with a drone or 3d land scanner from leica and upload this data to the fbr 3d building plan and make the computer calculate what blocks to shave to counteract the slab elevation differences.

or in have internal robots place wedges made of block material that are 3d cut so that the first row lays perfectly level on top.
