some background info about the video above:

"This video shows the interior and exterior of a house that was documented with the 3D scanner. It took approximately six hours on site to document the 10 interior rooms, exterior, pool, pool cabana, and yard/road access.

It should be noted that "time-lapses" showing differential movement could have also been shown (if any were to have existed) by rescanning the same slab and comparing the data between the two scans. "

now leica 3d scanners are also used to measure slab flatness:

here is some info from the american concrete institute

Basically fbr could make a rapid 3d scan of a slab with a drone or 3d land scanner from leica and upload this data to the fbr 3d building plan and make the computer calculate what blocks to shave to counteract the slab elevation differences.

or in have internal robots place wedges made of block material that are 3d cut so that the first row lays perfectly level on top.

i would like to add: you might just shave a taller than normal block down so you don't need wedges just simply shave blocks of the first row and use blocks taller than all other blocks used above the first laid row of blocks
