ST gave the thread last night a snippet of what "they" believe will happen / is currently happening - and that is further funding.....
"Funding is also needed, and dare I say, the most important part to the current puzzle. Would there be any point in doing anything else besides securing an investor at this stage? Secure funds- secure the company."

So that alone suggests none of the current deals are viable and / or revenue generating at a level NOW that enables re-listing. An attempt to secure funding looks the motive.....
