As opposed to advertising roles in the business, paying auxiliary staff in GBP - should the company not be attempting to satisfy the ASX requirements for Australian Company Directors ? Should the company also not be reporting on time in accordance with the ASX guidelines and Rules @ralt ? So, some whether holders or not - may find such advertisements for staff advertised in the UK offensive considering their Australian operations DO NOT update current shareholders as to the current status at Tv2 !
