As they say, the cure for a low price, is a low price! From my limited experience, the lower the price of a commodity and more dire the situation looks, the more attractive the sector becomes to opportunistic investors and speculators. The overrun to the upside or downside frequently makes the rebound more pronounced. In the case of uranium, we know the medium to long term fundamentals support higher prices. The short term over supply is just that, short term! Reminds me of the iron ore price a few months back when it dipped below $90/ton, everyone was sounding the death knell for the sector and taking cheap shots at Twiggy Forrest. Look what happened shortly after, the Iron ore price shot back up to $146/ton (from memory) and the FMG share price doubled.
