News that Mt Isa is going to close soon because it is running out of copper and the Queensland government increasing operating costs must be good news for DRE. We may have done away with copper coins because inflation has made them worthless but the demand for copper has dramatically increased. Rare earths are going to be the backbone of income for DRE but the value of the copper will boost the income as well.
The DRE future looks bright. Copper will play a significant part of that future.
