About 3 weeks ago I predicted that HTA would fall to around 36 cents as interest died off after the agreement with TLS. It seems to be an unloved stock and unless there is news it always seems to fade.
Is there any new developments on the horizon that mayspark some interest. HTA is now trading at the top of its previous trading band pre agreement. So would have to think that it is good value.
Any opinions??
( I dont hold yet due to the falling knife rule)
