I'm a metallurgist that is an expert in minerals processing... How the hell do you think they upgrade 1g/t gold to an economical resource and produce gold bars. They applied minerals processing techniques.
Lets put it simply for the 4 year old here
Two types of ore
Hematite: non-magnetic
Magnetite: magnetic
What we do is apply a magnetic field to one half of a roller to attract the magnetite as it spins it deposits the upgraded magnetite on the other side of the roller.
Stop downramping for some you know $@#^%#@^ all about.
