    Can't really fault your calculations but:

    CFU fuel cells are still in the development "S" curve so the technology is by no means mature and the cost reductions available from mass production can not yet be realised.

    Give it time and the figures will surely turn around.

    Also you say "Solar Cells are still cheaper"

    True enough but for widespread application of decentralised power, they have the serious drawback that the output falls to essentially zero in the afternoons when the demand is just starting to peak.
    Too many solar installations can lead to a situation where too much power is fed in when we don't need it and not enough power being available when we need it most.
    Unless off course a cheap and widely available energy storage medium becomes available.
    None on the horizon as we speak.

    Fuel cells have full power avilable 24 Hours per day so have it all over solar cells.

    I think we are still riding the right horse.
