"It is easy to say that holding for long term is the excuse but can anyone see any growth within the next 5 years? We are still trying to deal with GFC after 3 years and we have another Lehman disguise as Greece coming to give the bears more ammunitions to keep shorting this stock. That's a consolation (glass half full) rather than genuine sellers exiting this stock. "

Mate, seems like no one wil answer your question.
Myself, I cannot tell you what will happen in the next 3 minutes so to say I know in the future would be silly,
come to think of it,
I don't know anyone who knows if they will be alive in the next 3 minutes either.
Any growth in the 5 years, well thats a bit far out for me.
BUT
I know the company I am holding a bit of a bag of stock of, has within its leases the biggest find of U in many many years and this will produce for over 15 years
AND is full stream ahead bringing this mine into production.
AND will produce over 15mil pounds of U a year that should produce a nice DIV,
AND the demand for U is not going away, no matter what share markets do, in fact the demand is growing by the minute.
I am happy to see the s/p go up and of course go down AND IT will go up again, some day, this is just normal S/M movements.
AND anyone who thinks S/Ms can go up forever, haven't been around to long.
In my situation, if I was to sell out totally, after some research, I've looked and discovered, I could not buy the same volume again, without a heck of a lot of luck.
CONCLUSION, I am just staying here, doing nothing and not looking at the s/p as the product, the company is growing by the minute, no matter what the daily s/p does.
AND to me, a growing company with a product that can be produced for well over 15years, maybe 50 years, that will be in demand for maybe 100's of years is rather special, a gift from the S/M Gods that I will not throw away, easly.
AND the down rampers can feed all they want on the S/P, it matters not. In fact their effort just might allow me to scoop up a few more shares.
