A close vote IMHO went the wrong way for PPX and PXUPA holders, as I held both and wanted to see Price have a go to turn it around.

Boon's days must surely be numbered.

To save whatever face he may have left, as IMHO he does not have the skills to fix it, I would expect he would be looking to sell PPX off.

Agree with earlier posts that PE boys salivating.

If so, the issue with PXUPA holders again comes in to play as this is where they have a vote.

I held both but now only hold PXUPA as believe risks are much less due to their priority payout (before PPX) in worst case (a winding up of PPX), and also their voting rights in any "change of control" event.

Hope I am wrong and that Boon turns this around quick.
