Everyone would agree that everyones nose is out of place.Andrew Price's nose is out of place because he did not get the vote.The present board including Boon have been quoted as saying the personal attacks are hurtful so their noses are out of place.So the present board may even be more inclined to throw their hands in the air if things don't turn around.Even the announcement on 9/3/12 they mentioned "continued uncertainty".If you were a director and felt that the spot light was on you more than ever you would also be concerned that you met your legal duties as a director and didn't trade the company incorrectly.
