If anyone phones up the company and gets a clearer picture of the deal, please post your notes.

I would love to have a conversation with mgmt/board, but I have been critical of their actions (re:dilution and performance hurdles) in the past and it is unlikely I would get any traction or a response.

It bothers me immensely when I see a board doing things they would never do if the company was private.

That said, RNC has been good to me (two years of patiently waiting). It's not over yet though.
