I was hoping that this thread might kick start a positive flavour of what may be possible for CZD...

This highlights that KPI replacing Granufoam with a biodegradable foam from CZD has the prospect to increase their market share above 80%. If successful it also should grow the total market as the issue of removing the bits of foam growing into the wound, and therefore additional bleeding, is sorted by having it happily dissolve in situ...

Bring on the science I say.
