this is a generalisation. if it were true, it would apply to NTU also. in brief, REE know how in the West is improving day by day, e.g. PEK, who obtained a 50% concentrate in record time
that said, take a look at my HAS posts. HAS has become uneconomic based in current REE prices
NTU grades will be at least triple those of HAS but without by products such as Nb and Zirconium (i think)
NTU basket price is down to around $181/kg now
