I'm pretty sure CTP have announced they've decided JW was located in a transition zone. Unless they missed the crest of the structure (which is possible) then the problem at JW is not low perm but low saturation.
If the saturation is too low then it doesn't matter how you drill JW, you won't produce oil, just a lot of water.
The Well Completion Report for JW-1 must be open file by now? I have no idea where to get it from though. I'll have to have a look.
