What i am saying is.
Oil person A is like, "hey we are all sorted but we need a bit more cash to put this MR thing to bed and speed up the Zeiss product ".
Oil person B is like, "cash is a bit low , but maybe we can borrow the Zeiss payment in advance, i will get on the blower ".
Oil person B comes back with "I spoke to a lender in Perth and he is like no problem , give me some shares and some options and deal done.
Oil person A is like, "awesome now we can get this thing moving , but hey shouldnt we reward those long suffering share holders with some cheap stock ".
Oil person B says "I agree but we don't really need any more money, but lets reward those shareholders ".
Oil person B then speaks to Perth lender about 1 for 15 share issue, Perth lender says " If those Dumb Ass Shareholders don't want any of those shares at 5 cents then i will take the lot ". ( and underwrite ).
This delays the process for a few days hence the suspension from trading.
