The financial markets have a very simple rule that it's directed by few largest participants by their deep pockets and media influence.

Europe crisis, Grexit, FED interest decision, next would be, another old story if US will close the government depts as fetching debt ceiling... It will go on and on

Those effects influence broad market sentiment, but some quality stocks that already been punished hard, will hold up and start recovering, IMO.
